Why Us ?
Between the two of us, we have decades of experience, primarily as women in business and leadership. We have been trailblazers in many industries that have not been inviting to women. We understand that respect and trust are paramount in business and know that both are hard to acquire and easily lost. We want to support you and share our wealth of experience with you.
Between the two of us, we know the importance of building relationships and caring about people…at all levels of business. We want to provide a forum for you to build relationships with others you might never have otherwise met.
Between the two of us, we have facilitated trainings together, written a book together and have been there for each other during both high and low points. We know what it means to have each other’s back and truly mean it. We will have your back too.
Between the two of us, we have supported each other’s dreams and ideas…and have become each other’s accountability partners. We know what our individual potential is, and we also know how we can multiply our efforts by working together. We want to share that with you.
Between the two of us, we’ve been in your shoes, have tackled your challenges, have celebrated your accomplishments, and want to always continue learning, growing and being a part of something bigger than ourselves. We want to learn and grow with you.
Between the two of us we put our heads together and created this exclusive Facebook group. After 12 weeks of the panel Exceptional Leading Women, we knew we wanted to continue the conversation…and we want you to be part of this. We want this safe space for you to continue the conversation with us.
