This program includes:
- Initial 1-hour strategy session during which we will cover challenges, expectations and goals and decide on an appropriate action plan necessary to achieve initial goals
- Weekly 1-hour coaching calls by phone/ Skype beginning after the strategy session
- The final wrap up session will be held after the weekly calls are completed. At this time we will review the initial goals and set long- term goals for continued success
The sessions will be scheduled for the same day/time each week. Flexibility is great and will happen; consistency is better for results. (6 month programs are available)
